The Rancho California RV Resort boasts many amenities for its owners. The Resort is a gated community with 592 sites, a Golf Course, (2) Tennis Courts, (6) Pickle Ball Courts, (2) Horseshoe Pits, (2) Bocce Ball Courts, Fishing Lake, Laundry, Bathrooms & Showers, Dog Park as well as a Cafe and Market.

The only RVs allowed are: (1) Class A (2) Fifth Wheels (3) Supers C’s. Minimum of 30 Ft. Maximum of 45 Ft. NO TOY HAULERS. Can be older than 10 years, but if ten years or older the RV has to pass an inspection at the resort.

Currently, the HOA is $530 and it includes: Water, Trash, Cable, Unlimited golf, General grounds keeping, The pools (separate owners' pools), Clubhouses, a Fitness center, and Tennis Courts.
